If you are a passionate giver or maker with something unique to offer, we want to hear from you in 2022. We are looking for individuals and companies that align with our values, speak to our clientele, and have a desire to help us create a vibrant, fun, adventurous, festival community. We are excited to offer our vendors prime location in Pack Square Park, the hub of the festival and the heart of downtown Asheville, with the market being open to the public for the entirety of the weekend.
10x10 booth space ~ $600 (vendor provides tent)
10x20 booth space ~ $1000 (vendor provides tent)
Non-profit 10x10 booth space ~ $300 (vendor provides tent, must provide credentials)
10 x 10 Shared booth space ~ $350 per vendor (vendor provides tent)
Corner booth upgrade ~ $150
Food Trucks: 20% of sales
*Limited electricity available ~ must be indicated on application.
FESTIVAL VENDING DETAILS
Vendor village will operate for all three days of the festival. Vendors must be present in their booth for entirety of this time.
Vendors must provide tent with weights (vendors may not use stakes to secure tent, tent walls are required for overnight security)
Friday 12pm - 7pm (option to stay open until 8pm)
Saturday 10am - 7pm (option to stay open until 8pm)
Sunday 10am - 4pm
WHAT IS INCLUDED
One 10x10 or 10x20 booth space (Tent not included)
Up to 2 vendor wristbands (access to main festival event)
4 Single Class passes
