Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor of the Mountain Air Market at LOVE♡SHINE♡PLAY Festival. ​If you are a passionate giver or maker with something unique to offer, we want to hear from you in 2021. We are looking for individuals and companies that align with our values, speak to our clientele, and have a desire to help us create a vibrant, fun, adventurous, festival community.  We are excited to offer our vendors prime location in Pack Square Park, the hub of the festival and the heart of downtown Asheville, with the market being open to the public for the entirety of the weekend.

Cost for a booth:

10x10 booth space: $500 (vendor provides tent) - $100 upgrade for corner booth

10x20 booth space:$900 (vendor provides tent) - $100 upgrade for corner booth

Non-profit 10x10 booth space: $250 (vendor provides tent, must provide credentials)

10 x 10 Shared booth space: $300 per vendor (vendor provides tent) - $100 total upgrade for corner booth

Food Trucks: 10% of sales + 20 vouchers for presenter meals (we do not currently accept food tents)

 

*Limited electricity available for additional $50, must be indicated on application.

Festival Vendor Details:

Vendor village will operate for all three days of the festival. Vendors must be present in their booth for entirety of this time.

Required Hours (booth must be staffed):

Friday 12pm - 7pm (option to stay open until 8pm)

Saturday 10am - 7pm (option to stay open until 8pm)

Sunday 10am - 4pm

Vendors must provide tent with weights (vendors may not use stakes to secure tent, tent walls are required for overnight security)

What you receive:

  1. One 10x10 or 10x20 space

  2. Up to 2 vendor wristbands (access to main festival event)

  3. 4 Single Class passes 

 

If you submitted an application for the 2020 event, you do not need to re-apply. We will be in touch soon. All new applicants for the 2021 event will be considered on a case-by-case basis as space becomes available.
