Sierra has been sharing yoga for 25 years. She is on the teaching staff of Warren Wilson College and also a featured teacher on Yoga International. Sierra wholeheartedly believes the objective of yoga is the alchemy of love, compassion & kindness off the mat. Sierra founded Light a Path, a nonprofit that brings somatic practices to the incarcerated, youth at risk and the unhoused with the mission “connection creates resilience.”
Jean Jacques Gabriel
a Haitian born father, artist, teacher, and bodyworker. He’s been teaching yoga since 2006, practicing Thai Massage since 2007, and teaching AcroYoga since 2008. He has taught in prisons, public schools, nonprofits, businesses, yoga studios, and large festivals. jean-jacques draws and paints portraits and enjoys cultivating a rich world of line art, which can be found in a clothing line “The Embodied Collection” co-designed with Philadelphia Printworks.
Michael Johnson is a life-long student and practitioner of yoga. He has been a full-time instructor for over 20 years, teacher trainer since 2003, advanced teacher trainer since 2007 and now offers in-depth month long courses on Yoga, Āsana, Prāṇāyāma, Meditation, Philosophy, Sanskrit, Vinyāsa and a 195-day practice Challenge.
Tucker's teaching style is to guide students carefully & gracefully into their bodies, offering many levels of mental, physical, and spiritual practices according to the needs and openness of the individual. He teaches sequences that are safe & powerful for yogis/yoginis to practice sustainably for the rest of their lives. Tucker is a sensitive, kind, & playful guide for those on the yoga path. He imbues his classes with love & insight and seeks to improve the lives of others

Luna is a P-SEP (Somatic Experiencing Practitioner), the mother to two beautiful girls, and has traveled the world teaching and learning for the last 25 years. She works with the deep intention of inspiring and encouraging humans to cultivate an awareness of their inherent wisdom. Luna believes that by coming together in community,we are led to our hearts deepest desires.
Joe Falco is an experienced Health & fitness instructor certified in CrossFit, Mobility, Yoga, & Ayurveda. He was certified by Yoga Works in 2014 and became an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist in 2015 from the Himalayan Institute. He has since taught over 4000 hours of Yoga Instruction including co-leading four Teacher Trainings. His passions and studies extend to the realms of music, recovery, artwork, freemasonry, tantra, and eastern philosophy.

Andrea Morris is a 20+ year Asheville resident, a licensed clinical social worker, dancer, yogi
and hope dealer. Andrea founded Sol Flow Yoga in 2016 fueled 101% by her love for all types
of movement. Her passion lies in the simple, yet powerful human connection and the soul
rejuvenation that occurs when merging with the elements of nature, and most often on the

Vanessa Caruso joined the Sol Flow Yoga team in 2019 and brings both great skill and
inspiration to her students. Vanessa is a massage therapist, yogi, and gardener who finds fuel
for her spirit through mindfulness, movement, & nature. When she found SUP yoga, she
discovered a perfect synergy of her passions. Vanessa loves sharing the connection SUP yoga
facilitates, both deeply within one’s self and with earth’s wisdom.
Allé K (he/ him) is a queer, fat, trans masc activist, educator and certified Yoga Instructor. He provides LGBTQIA+ inclusive, trauma-informed, fat positive yoga classes online and in person in Asheville, NC (unneede Cherokee land). Yoga is a liberatory practice and shares healing practices for our collective liberation. Allé’s work is based in his experience working through his own trauma and grief; the understanding of self care as vital for the collective good.
