Michelle published Skill in Action: Radicalizing Your Yoga Practice to Create a Just World in 2017; she teaches workshops in yoga studios & community spaces nationwide. Sierra wholeheartedly believes the objective of yoga is the alchemy of love, compassion & kindness off the mat. Sierra founded Light a Path, a nonprofit that brings somatic practices to the incarcerated, youth at risk and the unhoused with the mission “connection creates resilience.”

Joe Falco is an experienced Health & fitness instructor certified in CrossFit, Mobility, Yoga, & Ayurveda. He was certified by Yoga Works in 2014 and became an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist in 2015 from the Himalayan Institute. He has since taught over 4000 hours of Yoga Instruction including co-leading four Teacher Trainings. His passions and studies extend to the realms of music, recovery, artwork, freemasonry, tantra, and eastern philosophy.

Nichole started her yoga journey in the early 2000’s. The first class she took was in someone's home, all ages and levels. It was in Savasana that she feel in love with the practice. A relaxation that was much needed after a physical release and what felt like years of holding her breath. That was the beginning of the understanding that before there is peace there need to be release. It is her dharma, life purpose, to teach ancient information in an accessible way.
