PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS
You will purchase your tickets quickly and easily through our website using our ticketing partner, Eventbrite. Multiple tickets must have a unique email address associated with it to allow for each person to create their own schedule.
If you have a promo code, please enter it at the bottom of the ticket purchasing page, click apply, and then select your ticket quantity and type.
CREATE YOUR SCHEDULE
When our schedule goes live, you should receive an email from sched.org that will provide instructions on creating a profile. When our schedule is released you will be able to register for classes by clicking on the box for the session you would like and it will be added to your schedule.
HOW TO VIEW, PRINT & MODIFY YOUR SCHEDULE
Once our schedule goes live, you will be able to login to your account by going to sched.com and use the email address you used to register your account. You can review, update, and change your schedule anytime through your profile page. Once a personal schedule is created, you can print it by clicking the “print” button on the sidebar and selecting the “My Schedule” tab.
SCHEDULING FOR MULTIPLE TICKETS
It is important for each ticket purchased to be associated with a unique name and email address. If you did purchase multiple tickets under the same email address, you can transfer the tickets by logging in to your Eventbrite account, click “My Tickets” tab, then “View Your Order” to enter the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer the tickets to, and click “Save.” The new ticket holder will receive an email from sched.com with instructions on creating their account and schedule.
The festival will take place rain or shine, all ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. You are welcome to transfer your tickets or resell them at face value.
If you do not receive an email from sched.org, check your spam folder, or reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. If you are still having difficulties, please contact us at email@example.com
To secure a private account, please login, click the arrow in the top right, click “Settings” then click “Change your username, password and privacy settings.” Click “Hide My Profile & Schedule” then click “Save Profile.”
