Love Shine Play Ambassador PRogram Terms & Requirements

Program Overview

The Love Shine Play Ambassador Program is designed to engage passionate members of our community who want to help spread the word about the Love Shine Play Festival and its mission. Ambassadors will receive exclusive perks in exchange for actively promoting the festival and engaging with their local and online communities.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Love Shine Ambassador Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have attended at least two (2) Love Shine Play events

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must have an active social media presence with public accounts or a strong physical presence in your local wellness community

  • Must be passionate about yoga, wellness, and community engagement

  • Must commit to fulfilling the responsibilities outlined below

Ambassador Responsibilities

As a Love Shine Ambassador, you agree to:

  1. Social Media Promotion: Post a minimum of four (4) times on Instagram/Facebook/TikTok about the festival, using provided graphics, hashtags, and tagging @LoveShinePlay.

  2. Story Engagement: Share at least two (2) Instagram Stories per month leading up to the festival, featuring event highlights, ticket sales, and personal excitement.

  3. Community Outreach: Spread the word about the festival by engaging in at least two (2) outreach activities, such as hosting a local meet-up, sharing flyers at studios, or writing a blog post.

  4. Ticket Sales Contribution: Encourage at least three (3) ticket purchases through your personalized ambassador link.

Ambassador Perks & Compensation

In exchange for your efforts, you will receive:

  • Tiered Rewards →

    • Tier One (3-5 code uses):

      • 25% Discounts on Merchandise at the festival

      • 50% off 3-day or 4-day pass

    • Tier Two (6-10 code uses):

      • Free 3-day festival pass

      • Free LSP T-shirt

    • Tier Three (11+ code uses):

      • Free 4-day 2025 festival pass

      • Your name on LSP collateral and social

      • Access to a private VIP event

Code of Conduct

As an ambassador, you represent Love Shine Play. We ask that you:

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive tone when promoting the festival

  • Refrain from any language or behavior that is discriminatory or offensive

  • Follow ethical promotional practices—no spam, fake reviews, or misleading information

  • Communicate any concerns or challenges to our team promptly

Program Agreement

By participating in the Love Shine Ambassador Program, you agree to fulfill the responsibilities listed above. Failure to meet the minimum requirements may result in removal from the program.
